The successful candidate will have solid Australian accounting experience, strong technical accounting knowledge and the ability to communicate effectively with internal and external stakeholders in both Japanese and English.ResponsibilitiesThe key responsibilities and duties of the role include:Manage day-to-day accounting activitiesHandle accounts receivable and accounts payablePrepare and maintain accurate financial accounting recordsAssist with financial reporting and taxation accountingSupport the management with financial and operational mattersUse Xero and other accounting applications to maintain financial informationProvide supervision,



support and training to junior accountantsCommunicate effectively with internal and external stakeholdersPerform other ad hoc accounting and finance duties as required by the businessYour ProfileThe ideal candidate will have the following attributes, skills and experience:A Bachelor's degree in Accounting from an Australian university will be highly regardedAbout there years' accounting experience in AustraliaPrevious experience in similar roleHands-on experience in accounts receivable and accounts payableSound knowledge of financial accounting principles and practicesProficiency in Xero and other accounting applications will be highly regardedDemonstrated experience in supervising and training junior accountantsFluency in both written and spoken English and JapaneseExcellent communication and interpersonal skills when engaging with internal and external stakeholdersA team-oriented approach, with the flexibility to adapt to changing business requirementsAbility to commute to the workplace by carContactYour application will be treated with strict confidentiality.For any enquiry, please contact ******** *** or ******
