This full time role, based in Sydney, NSW, involves managing large-scale civil subdivision projects, ensuring governance, quality, and timely execution.Key ResponsibilitiesSupervise and manage civil subdivision projects from design to constructionEnsure project governance, quality assurance, and timely deliveryOversee financial aspects, client liaison,



and contract administrationResolve site and project issues with technical expertiseApply internal project management standards and proceduresSupport and mentor project personnelMaintain compliance with design codes, regulations, and Australian StandardsBuild and maintain strong client relationships through successful project deliveryAbout YouBachelor's degree in construction management, Civil Engineering, or a related field is preferredMinimum 5 years' experience in urban development/land subdivisionExperience within an engineering consultancyStrong communication and leadership skillsAbility to work independently and within a teamStrong organizational and time management skillsKnowledge of relevant design codes, local authority guidelines, and Australian StandardsProven track record in similar roles with a passion for delivering high-quality outcomesYour application will include the following questions:Which of the following statements best describes your right to work in Australia?
