scheduling and execution to optimise fleet availabilityMonitoring equipment performance and analysing reliability trends to identify improvement opportunitiesPreparing and presenting weekly and monthly maintenance performance reportsEnsuring maintenance activities are completed safely, efficiently and within budgetDriving continuous improvement initiatives to enhance fleet reliability and maintenance performanceCollaborating with Operations, Maintenance and Technical teams to achieve site performance objectivesMaintaining accurate maintenance documentation and reportingAbout YouAn Engineering qualification or Trade qualification in Plant Mechanics, Heavy Diesel or a related disciplineDemonstrated leadership experience in Maintenance Planning, Reliability or Asset Management within mining or heavy industryStrong knowledge of mobile mining equipment maintenance and reliability principlesExperience with maintenance planning systems and reporting toolsExcellent communication, analytical and stakeholder management skillsA proactive approach to continuous improvement and team leadershipCurrent Queensland Driver LicenceCurrent Standard 11Current G1, G8 and G9 Supervisor competenciesCurrent G2 (RIIRIS402) Risk Management competencyWhy MacKellar?
