Infinite Aged Care in Ashmore seeks an experienced part time Aged Care Clinical Care Coordinator & Nurse Mentor to lead the clinical care team.
The role involves coordinating care plans, supervising RNs, ENs and PCWs, and ensuring regulatory compliance in a busy facility.You will report to the General Manager with support from the Clinical Care Manager and lead onboarding and ongoing staff development.
Minimum 2–3 years in a similar role is expected.
