As the FP&A; Analyst, you will support our fast-growing E-Commerce channel.
This role will partner closely with Digital Marketing, Operations, and Technology to provide financial insights, forecast performance, and identify opportunities to improve ROI across all digital and tech initiativesRESPONSIBILITIESSupport coordination and preparation of budget, forecasts, and management reporting deliverablesPartner with Accounting to support the monthly close process including variance and accrual analysisTrack and analyze web P&L;,



highlighting opportunities to improve profitability and cost structureBuild and maintain weekly and monthly dashboards for revenue metricsPartner with Digital Marketing to evaluate performance of paid channelsPartner with digital/tech/product teams to evaluate financial impact of investmentsOther ad-hoc analysis across the business, as necessaryQUALIFICATIONS1-3 years of experience in finance-related work, corporate and/or operations finance.
Experience in e-commerce, retail, apparel or consumer sectors is a plusStrong analytical skills with high attention to detail and the ability to summarize large amounts of dataProven time management and multiple task management capabilitiesExcellent verbal and written communication skillsAbility to be adaptable and adapt quickly to shifting priorities and business needsAdvanced competency in Excel and PowerPointFamiliarity with Tableau is a plusCompensation:The base salary range for this position is $75,000-$90,000 per year.
Actual salaries will vary based on factors such as location, experience, and performance.
