As a Senior Hairstylist, you will take a leadership role in delivering premium styling services whilst mentoring junior team members.
Junior Hairstylists will develop their skills under the guidance of experienced professionals.
This role is perfect for passionate stylists looking to advance their career and build lasting client relationships in a supportive, creative environment.Key responsibilitiesDeliver high-quality hairstyling services including cutting, colouring, perming, and styling for diverse clienteleMentor and support junior hairstylists, providing guidance on techniques, client service, and professional developmentMaintain client relationships and build a loyal client base through excellent customer serviceEnsure all work meets the salon's high standards of quality and professionalismAdvise clients on hair care, styling options, and product recommendationsMaintain a clean, hygienic, and organised workstation at all timesStay current with industry trends, techniques,
