share in the wins and reward people who create results.The OpportunityWe are looking for an experienced Senior Telemarketer to join our Lead Generation team.This is a senior lead generation role focused on identifying commercial solar and battery opportunities, speaking directly with business owners and nurturing prospective customers through consistent, qualified follow-up.Commercial opportunities do not always convert after the first conversation.
We believe the fortune is in the follow-up, so we need someone who understands solar, builds strong relationships and confidently progresses opportunities until the customer is ready to meet with our Field Sales team.With 3% commission paid ON TOP of wages, this role offers significant earning potential for someone who can consistently identify and nurture quality opportunities.The RoleYou will be responsible for:Making outbound calls to businesses across Queensland and New South WalesSpeaking directly with business owners and key decision‐makersIdentifying commercial solar and battery opportunitiesQualifying customers based on their energy usage, site and business requirementsExplaining the value of an obligation‐free commercial energy assessmentBooking high‐quality appointments for our Field Sales ConsultantsCollecting electricity bills, interval data and other required informationBuilding,
