you will:This is a Permanent - Full time RoleAs an Experienced Cert III -Educator or Diploma -Senior Educator will be responsible in supporting daily routines in each roomCollaborate with children to follow their interests and create engaging learning experiencesSupport children's physical, emotional, and developmental needsObserve, document, and evaluate children's learning and developmentCreate environments that promote trust, security, flexible routines, and smooth transitionsBuild positive and respectful relationships with children, families and colleaguesContribute positively to a supportive and inclusive team cultureSupport the implementation of the Early Years Learning Framework and National Quality StandardsAbout YouThis opportunity is suited to experienced Early Childhood Educators holding a Certificate III qualification or Diploma qualified Senior Educators.You will bring:A Certificate III in Early Childhood Education and Care with relevant industry experience or a Diploma in Early Childhood Education and careDemonstrated experience working in an early childhood education and care setting across all age groupsHave a strong understanding of the Early Years Learning FrameworkWorking knowledge of the National Quality StandardsA genuine interest in diversity, inclusion, and inclusive practiceA valid Working with Children Check and current Senior First Aid, CPR and Child Safety TrainingSound understanding of children's development, health, hygiene,
