You'll work closely with our creative director, sales team and production crew to bring ideas to life across physical spaces, campaigns, and branded environments.
This is a hands‐on creative role for someone who enjoys both big‐picture thinking and the detail required to execute projects at scale.You'll also help mentor and guide junior designers while maintaining a strong creative standard across the studio.What You'll Be Doing1.Creative LeadershipLeading concept development across campaigns, activations and event designsCreating compelling visual concepts,



moodboards and creative presentationsHelping shape the visual direction of projects across branding, environments and installation.2.Design and ExecutionDesigning across event branding, signage, displays, and experiential environmentsPreparing production-ready artwork to scale and specificationDeveloping visualisations including renders, floor plans and spatial layoutsTranslating creative ideas into practical buildable outcomes3.CollaborationWorking closely with sales and production to consider materials and finishesSupporting and mentoring junior designersContributing ideas to brainstorming sessions and creative strategyWhat We're Looking For3 + years experience in a design studio, creative agency or experiential environmentStrong skills across Adobe Creative SuiteExcellent eye for layout, typography and brand identityExperience preparing artwork for large-scale print, signage and productionAbility to confidently lead creative concepts and present ideasStrong communication and collaboration skillsDetail-oriented with strong organisational skillsComfortable working across multiple projects in a quick-paced studioBonus skills3D or spatial visualisation (SketchUp, Illustrator, or similar)Experience with experiential, event or retail environment designMust be QLD-based and able to work from our Coomera office.
