Despite continued growth, the business has kept a non-corporate feel where people are trusted to manage their work, contribute ideas and have genuine input into projects and the wider team.The RoleLead the delivery of stormwater and flood-focused urban development projects from concept through to detailed designTake ownership of design outputs including reports, calculations, models, drawings and technical documentationWork closely with clients, councils and internal multidisciplinary teams across a range of development projectsProvide technical review and guidance to junior and mid-level engineers within the teamContribute to project management, coordination and overall delivery outcomes across multiple concurrent projectsSupport construction phase activities including RFIs and technical queries where requiredThe ResponsibilitiesDeliver stormwater management,



flood risk and WSUD solutions across urban development projectsPrepare and review DRAINS and MUSIC models along with associated engineering documentationLiaise directly with clients and stakeholders as a key technical contact throughout project deliveryCoordinate with internal civil, water and multidisciplinary teams to ensure smooth project outcomesAssist in the preparation of tenders, technical submissions and engineering reportsEnsure designs align with council standards, authority requirements and relevant NSW planning frameworksThe RequirementsAround 7+ years' experience within stormwater, flood or urban water engineering within NSWStrong capability in DRAINS and MUSIC modelling, experience with TUFLOW, HEC-RAS or 12d highly regardedExperience operating in a client-facing capacity and managing project communicationKnowledge of NSW planning pathways, council requirements and approval processesCPEng or working towards Chartership viewed favourablyThis is your chance to join a growing Sydney team, work on landmark projects, and fast-track your career in a supportive environment that values your input.
