ALi experience, even when we're three-deep at the door.Key responsibilitiesDeliver warm, attentive, knowledgeable service and build rapport with our regularsLead by example on the floor during peak periods, staying composed under pressureSupport and informally coach junior wait staff and recent startersAccurately manage orders, tables and turnover — without ever making guests feel rushedKnow the menu inside out and make thoughtful, guest-first recommendationsKeep your section spotless and reset fast between coversAssist with opening/closing duties and basic POS/billingAbout youA high level of attention to detail — presentation, accuracy and consistency matterAvailability across weekends and public holidaysAbility to start immediatelyCurrent RSA and food handling certificate (or willingness to obtain)Pay in line with the Restaurant Industry Award, Level 3:
