This is a senior patient-facing role for someone who can take ownership, work independently and confidently manage patients from their initial enquiry through to consultation, treatment and follow-up.
You will work closely with doctors, clinical team and Practice Manager to ensure patients receive a high level of service and that bookings, follow-ups and day-to-day patient coordination run smoothly.
This is a multi-site position, with work across Sydney CBD and Parramatta clinics.Key responsibilitiesManage the patient journey from initial enquiry through consultation, treatment and follow-upHandle patient enquiries via phone, email and CRM with a high level of professionalismProvide accurate information regarding consultations, procedures, treatment pathways and pricingCoordinate bookings, recalls, treatment plans and follow-up appointmentsMonitor outstanding enquiries and ensure timely follow-upBuild robust relationships with patients and provide a high standard of personalised serviceManage more complex patient enquiries and concerns, escalating clinical matters appropriatelyWork closely with doctors, nurses, sonographers and administration staff to coordinate patient careAssist with training and supporting junior patient liaison and reception staffMaintain accurate patient records and CRM informationAbout youPrevious experience in medical reception, patient liaison,
