Senior Venue Operations Staff - Play Area / Party / Customer Service| BraesideRainbow Town is looking for experienced and reliable Senior Venue Operations Staff to join our indoor play centre in Braeside.This role is ideal for candidates with experience in customer service, hospitality, party hosting, recreation, family entertainment, or play centre operations who are ready to take on more responsibility in a fast-paced venue environment.You will support daily operations across key areas of the business, including play area floor operations, party hosting support, and customer service.About the RoleAs a Senior Venue Operations Staff member, you will play an important part in helping the venue run safely, smoothly and efficiently.This is a hands-on role for someone who is confident working with children, families and team members, and who can help support daily service standards during busy periods.Key ResponsibilitiesSupport daily operations across the indoor play centreAssist with play area floor supervision and help maintain a safe workplace for children and familiesSupport birthday party operations, including setup, hosting support, coordination and pack-downAssist with front desk and customer service duties, including check-in, bookings, enquiries and issue handlingHelp guide junior team members and support smooth service during busy periodsEscalate customer issues,
