As a Senior Hair Stylist, you will be at the forefront of our client experience, delivering exceptional results whilst mentoring junior team members and contributing to the salon's reputation for excellence.What you'll be doingProvide high-quality hair styling services including cuts, colour, treatments and styling for a diverse clienteleConsult with clients to understand their needs, preferences and expectations, offering professional recommendationsMaintain the highest standards of hygiene, safety and salon protocols at all timesMentor and support junior stylists, sharing knowledge and best practices to develop their skillsBuild and maintain strong client relationships to encourage loyalty and repeat bookingsStay current with industry trends, techniques and products to offer clients the latest in hair care servicesManage your own appointment schedule efficiently to maximise productivityContribute to a positive, collaborative salon atmosphere and support team objectivesMaintain accurate records of client preferences and service historyWhat we're looking forMinimum 5+ years' professional experience as a qualified hair stylistCurrent relevant hair styling qualifications or equivalent industry certificationDemonstrated expertise in a range of hair styling techniques including cutting,
