Restaurant Runner delivers freshly prepared meals from our restaurants straight to guests' accommodation.Serve up the flavour that turns a good break into a great oneJoin our Restaurant Runnerteam as an Assistant Kitchen Manager, supporting the Kitchen Manager in delivering exceptional food quality and service.
You'll help lead the kitchen team, ensure compliance with food safety standards and maintain operational efficiency within budget.What you'll be doingAssist in managing the kitchen team and daily operationsControl food costs and margins to meet budget targetsMaintain high food quality and guest satisfaction, addressing any issues promptlyEnsure compliance with food safety regulations and prepare dishes to agreed standardsWhat's in it for youFree day passes and access to leisure facilities (including the spa)Discounts on breaks and in our shops and restaurantsBonus scheme and recognition rewardsA supportive, friendly teamCareer development and in-role trainingFull-time contract, shifts fall between 1:30pm and 11:00pmYou will be contracted to work a guaranteed minimum of150 hours over a 4‐week period.
You may be asked to work additional hours in line with operational requirementsThis role includes evenings and weekendsAbout youAbility to lead and motivate a kitchen team in a quick-paced environmentGood financial awareness,
