You will be on the road quite a bit, this will mean you need to be confident driving, with your own car for work purposes.Your responsibilities will include but not limited to:Assist with onboarding and training new employees through Buddy Shifts, participation in OnboardingLiaise with Senior Scheduler with relation to scheduling of support workers, areas for improvement or positive outcomes.Ensure regular contact with Support Worker team to main the link between the Support Worker team and the office,



escalating requests/concerns as needed to Area LeadsProvide feedback to Area Home Care Leads regarding team member concerns, ability, recommendations for training etc in preparation for Appraisals, Annual Reviews and team member development.Delivery of high quality services to Home Care clients, including Showering, grooming, dressing, toileting, continence management and domestic assistance, promoting independence, dignity, and choice in all interactionsAbout you:You are passionate about helping others, striving for a common goal amongst colleague where you can lead by example.
As this is a client-facing role, you will need high emotional intelligence and self-awareness.The successful candidate will be a clear and concise communicatorTo be considered for this role you'll need:Certificate III in Aged Care or related fieldMinimum 3 years' experience supporting high care clients in a community based aged care or health sectorContemporary working knowledge of Aged Care services provision and person centred approached to service provisionReliable motor vehicleWorking with usAt Southern Cross Care (WA), we are committed to being an employer of choice.
