We are seeking an experienced Senior Hairstylist to join the talented team at Colour & Co Studio in Ballarat, VIC.
This is a full-time position offering the opportunity to lead by example and mentor junior stylists whilst delivering exceptional hairstyling services to our valued clientele.
As a Senior Hairstylist, you will be at the forefront of our salon operations, setting the standard for quality, creativity and client satisfaction.
This role is integral to maintaining our reputation as a premier hair and beauty destination in Ballarat.
Key responsibilities Deliver high-quality hairstyling services including cutting, colouring, styling and treatments to a diverse range of clients Build and maintain strong client relationships, ensuring exceptional customer service and satisfaction at every appointment Mentor and support junior stylists, providing guidance on techniques, best practices and career development Contribute to a positive and collaborative salon environment, fostering teamwork and mutual respect Stay current with industry trends, techniques and products, regularly participating in career development and training Maintain salon standards of cleanliness, hygiene and organisation at all times Manage client bookings and time efficiently to maximise productivity Assist with salon marketing initiatives and contribute to building our client base Support the salon management team in achieving business objectives and targets What we're looking for Minimum 2 years' professional hairstyling experience, with proven expertise in cutting,
