About the Role

Your days will be a mix of delivering beautiful treatments, supporting skins with barrier first treatments and products
You'll be responsible for:
Delivering exceptional beauty and skin treatments with a barrier first approachCreating a warm, personalised experience for every clientConducting consultations and understanding your clients' individual needsRecommending treatments and homecare suited to each clientBuilding genuine, long-term client relationshipsMaintaining a high standard of hygiene and presentationWorking as part of a supportive and friendly teamKeeping up to date with products, treatments and industry knowledgeContributing to a positive and happy clinic environment
What We're Looking For
We're looking for someone who is confident, warm, genuine and passionate about skin and beauty.
You might be experienced and ready to take the next step in your career, or simply looking for a beautiful clinic where you can settle in, grow and enjoy coming to work.
Ideally, you will have:




A recognised Beauty or Dermal Therapy degree4+ years in a similar roleA genuine passion for the beauty industryGreat communication skills and a friendly personalityConfidence with clients and consultationsA high level of attention to detailExcellent personal presentationA reliable, positive and professional attitudeThe ability to work independently while being a great team playerSkin barrier knowledge and experience with treating barrier imparied skinsIPL, sugaring and lash lifting experience or willing to learnAdvanced treatments such as skin needling is a must
