Seeds2crop is looking to recruit 45 workers to undertake general farm work, fruit picking/packing, and almond harvesting/processing for the upcoming 2027 season. Work Location will be around Robinvale in the North West Victoria. Work is expected to commence from late January to early February 2026 for a duration of a maximum of 6.5 months. Offering a minimum of 30 Hours per week, Monday-Friday for successful candidates. Some weekend work may be available. Start and finish times are subject to change depending on weather conditions. General farm work is paid under Horticulture Award [MA000028] at $33.05 per hour plus superannuation. Piece rate will be paid for fruit picking.

Candidates who display outstanding aptitude and commitment to the work may have the prospect up-skill and undertake additional training within the organisation, however applicants should be conscious the position(s) advertised herewith are seasonal in nature, and will conclude in line with our upcoming harvest.
