We're currently seeking reliable, hands-on workers to join a busy warehouse and manufacturing team in Padstow. If you have experience in warehouse or manufacturing environments and are keen to learn current skills and train as a Machine Operator, we want to hear from you!
? What You ll Be Doing
General warehouse and manufacturing duties
Packing, sorting and preparing products
Manual handling and moving materials
Loading and unloading goods
Assisting with production and machine operations
Assembly and basic production tasks
Operating machinery following training and safety procedures
Maintaining a clean, safe and organised work area
Performing repetitive and physically demanding tasks
Lifting and moving items weighing 10kg-25kg, with assistance where required

✅ What We re Looking For
Previous experience in warehouse, manufacturing, production or labouring
Full working rights- No visa restrictions
A strong work ethic and reliable attendance
Physically fit and comfortable with manual handling
Comfortable standing for extended periods
Good attention to detail and commitment to safety
Ability to follow instructions and learn new processes
Positive attitude and willingness to be trained
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Own reliable transport is highly desirable, as some sites may not be accessible by public transport
Current PPE, including steel-cap boots and high-vis clothing
