Troocoo Healthcare is seeking an experienced Residential Service Manager to join a well-established 70-bed residential aged care facility in the Sunshine Coast, Queensland.

This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced aged care leader who is available to commence as soon as possible and step into a senior operational leadership role.

About the Role

- Residential Service Manager
- 70-bed residential aged care facility
- Regional Queensland location
- Temporary assignment
- Immediate start preferred
- Full-time opportunity
- Lead the day-to-day operations of the service
- Provide strong leadership to the care and wider site team
- Support high-quality resident care and service delivery
- Maintain compliance with relevant aged care legislation and standards
- Work closely with staff, residents, families and key stakeholders

About You We are looking for an experienced aged care leader with:

- Previous experience as a Residential Service Manager, Facility Manager, Care Manager or similar
- Solid understanding of residential aged care operations
- Proven leadership and people management skills
- Strong knowledge of aged care compliance and quality requirements
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills




- The ability to confidently step into a leadership role and make an immediate impact
- Current Australian working rights
