The Therapeutic Specialist will provide trauma-informed, evidence-based care to children and young people in residential settings, leading clinical interventions within a multidisciplinary team to ensure best outcomes.

The ideal candidate holds an allied health qualification with AHPRA or relevant body, with experience in trauma, attachment theory, and behaviour
