We are looking for staff that can work at anytime on a rotating roster who are looking to either start a career or move forward.
If you have Hospo Experience then this a good way to move up the ladder.
Previous hospitality experience is preferred but not required for this role.
We provide full training and you will learn many new skills that will be with you for life.

Key Responsibilities

Your duties will include, but are not limited to: Training & Development

Onboarding and training team members
Conducting performance reviews and supporting career development

Recruitment and induction

Team Management

Assist the store manager with rostering and shift changes

Building a positive, inclusive, and high-performing team culture

Customer Experience

Ensuring high-quality, great-tasting food that is well presented and expertly prepared

Delivering quick, friendly, and memorable customer service

Administration
Cash handling, banking, POS systems





Operations

Cost control, stock ordering, and inventory management

Maintaining OHS standards and supporting local marketing initiatives

Skills & Experience

Previous experience in a management role desirable but not essential (for Assistant Store Manager positions)
Strong interpersonal and communication skills
Excellent attention to detail and ability to multitask
Experience with administration, cash handling, and POS systems
A positive, engaged attitude with a passion for delivering outstanding customer service
