Requirements
- A current QLD Real Estate Certificate
- Experience in either commercial real estate or residential property management
- Strong with MS Suite, experience with ReLeased preferred but not essential
- A basic understanding of relevant Acts and Statutory requirements
- Strong communication and relationship management skills
- Professional presentation
- Willingness and hunger to learn and develop
- Excellent attention to detail
- Organisation and time management skills
- Strong people skills and a desire to contribute positively to the team culture
