Delaware North Australia is hiring Supervisors to join our dynamic team at the brand-new Hungry Jack’s opening in Terminal 3, Perth Airport! This is an exciting opportunity to be part of the founding team, helping shape the culture, standards, and success of a new outlet from day one.

As a Hungry Jack’s Supervisor, you'll inspire and motivate a high-performing team to deliver exceptional guest experiences. Working in one of Australia’s busiest airports, you'll thrive in a fast-paced environment, driving operational excellence and bringing Hungry Jack’s cultural pillars to life every day.

What you will do?:
- Lead and support team members to deliver outstanding guest experiences
- Supervise day-to-day restaurant operations during shifts
- Coach, train and develop crew members to drive performance
- Ensure food safety, workplace safety and brand standards are met
- Oversee inventory, stock control and ordering processes
- Support labour management and operational efficiency targets
- Drive sales through upselling, promotions and exceptional service
- Resolve customer enquiries and issues in a professional manner




- Maintain a clean, protected and organised restaurant environment
- Support the Restaurant Manager in achieving business goals and results

More about you:

Leadership experience in fast food, QSR or high-volume hospitality * A passion for hospitality, with a customer-focused and self-motivated attitude

- The ability to work autonomously in a high-pressure setting
- Strong communication skills and a commitment to fostering a positive team culture
- Food Safety Certificate

A desire to be part of the founding team launching a brand-new Hungry Jack's * Familiarity with Hungry Jacks’ cultural pillars
- Flexibility to work shifts across a 7-day rotating roster
