About the position

The Senior LODE (Learning, Organisational Development & Engagement) Officer position is responsible for the coordination, design, facilitation and monitoring of learning and development outcomes to meet identified organisational objectives.

- This is a permanant full-time opportunity located in the Toowoomba CBD.
- The salary range for this position is $106,377.46 - $113,406.62 gross per annum, plus 17.5% annual leave loading and up to 12.65% superannuation, or pro rata part-time.

How to be successful in this position
- Hold a Bachelor's Degree in Human Resource Management, Training and Development, Education or other related field.
- Experience designing, developing and facilitating high-quality workplace learning programs, including translating organisation requirements and complex information into practical, engaging and contextually relevant learning experiences for diverse employee groups.
- Hold a current 'C' Class driver's license.




- Certificate IV in Training and Assessment (TAE40122) or the willingess to obtain is desirable.
- The ability to provide professional leadership and guidance in learning and development.
- The ability to manage the end-to-end development and delivery of learning initiatives.
- Highly developed communication and facilitation skills.
- Experience and proficiency in the use of contemporary learning technologies, including e-learning authoring tools, multimedia applications, and Learning Management Systems (LMS).
- Alignment with Council's values.
