What You'll Be Doing

- Managing and growing an established client and candidate portfolio




- Identifying growth opportunities through proactive relationship building and business development
- Managing the full recruitment lifecycle from sourcing to placement
- Delivering exceptional service to both clients and candidates
- Using market insights to identify opportunities and inform strategy

What We're Looking For

- 2+ years' experience in recruitment, B2B sales, account management, or business development
- Availability for a full-time position based in Tasmania
- A proven track record of winning and growing business
- Strong communication and negotiation skills
- Results driven with strong commercial awareness
- Resilient, self-motivated, and people-focused
