The Company

Join a leading telecommunications organisation undertaking a large-scale enterprise transformation program designed to modernise technology platforms, delivery practices, and operational capabilities

The Role

As a result of ongoing transformation initiatives, our client is seeking an experienced Project Manager - Process Excellence to define, embed, and continuously improve delivery processes, governance frameworks, and ways of working across a complex IT transformation program. This is not a traditional workstream delivery role. Instead, you will act as the program's internal process engine, identifying inefficiencies, delivery friction, and governance gaps while implementing practical solutions that enhance delivery consistency and program performance.

Duties / Typical Day / Responsibilities

- Define, implement, and continuously improve delivery processes and governance frameworks across transformation workstreams.
- Identify delivery pain points, process bottlenecks, and operational inefficiencies impacting program outcomes.
- Partner closely with PMO, Testing Centre of Excellence, Release Engineering,



Platform teams, and vendor delivery leads to improve execution consistency.
- Design and implement practical, scalable delivery standards and operating models.
- Facilitate stakeholder workshops to drive alignment on program delivery practices and governance expectations.
- Translate strategic governance objectives into actionable delivery processes that teams can readily adopt.
- Support continuous improvement initiatives through documentation, tooling enhancements, coaching, and process enablement.
- Drive organisational adoption of improved ways of working across multiple transformation teams

Requirements

Essential

- Proven Project Management experience within large-scale technology transformation programs.
- Strong experience driving process improvement, governance uplift, and delivery excellence initiatives.
- Solid facilitation, stakeholder engagement, and change management capabilities.
- Experience partnering with PMOs, testing functions, release management teams, and delivery leaders.

Ideal

- Telecommunications or complex enterprise transformation experience.
- Exposure to Digital, Data, CIAM, OSS, or BSS transformation initiatives.
- Experience implementing delivery frameworks, governance models, and continuous improvement practices across large programs.
