Established in 1976, this practice has been caring for the Townsville community for almost 50 years and has developed an excellent reputation together with a large, loyal and well-established patient base.
This established private billing medical practice is committed to providing high-quality, patient-focused healthcare in a friendly, professional and supportive environment. The practice has a strong and growing patient base supported by an experienced clinical and administrative team. Contemporary, well-equipped consulting rooms and established practice systems enable practitioners to focus on delivering excellent patient care.
The practice also offers the convenience of onsite pharmacy, pathology and physiotherapy services, providing patients and clinicians with easy access to a range of complementary healthcare services in one location.

Position Description
Due to recent changes within the medical team, including the retirement of a long-standing GP and another doctor progressing into specialty training, an opportunity is available for a General Practitioner to join this friendly and supportive practice.




Responsibilities include:

Providing high-quality, patient-centred general practice care

Managing a diverse range of acute and chronic conditions

Building strong, ongoing relationships with patients

Working collaboratively with the clinical and support team

Position Requirements

AHPRA registered General Practitioner with appropriate qualifications

Robust commitment to patient-focused care

Professional approach with excellent communication skills

Ability to work effectively within a multidisciplinary team

Valid authority to work in Australia
