We're partnering with a large, complex organisation undertaking a significant period of organisational change. As a result, an opportunity has arisen for an experienced P&C; Business Partner to lead the people aspects of high-profile transformation initiatives.
Working closely with executive and senior leaders, you'll play a critical role in organisation design, restructures, consultation processes and change implementation. You'll provide strategic advice, navigate complex employee relations matters and ensure change is delivered with both commercial focus and care for people
This role will suit a senior HR qualified who enjoys working in ambiguity, influencing decision-makers and balancing strategic thinking with hands-on delivery. You'll be comfortable managing competing priorities,
building credibility quickly and guiding leaders through complex change environments.

- Proven experience leading organisational design and restructuring initiatives.
- Strong employee relations expertise, ideally within a complex environment.
- The ability to influence and coach senior stakeholders.
