Dual Trade Maintenance Technician - Night Shift | $65-$70/hr + Loading

We are seeking an experienced Dual Trade Maintenance Technician to join a fast-paced FMCG manufacturing operation. This is a permanent position from day one, offering an excellent hourly rate, additional night shift loading and long-term stability with a energetic and growing business.

THE ROLE

Working as part of the maintenance team, you will be responsible for keeping production equipment running safely, efficiently and reliably.

Your duties will include:

- Mechanical and electrical breakdown maintenance
- Fault finding and troubleshooting production equipment
- Preventative and planned maintenance
- Mechanical repairs, component replacement and equipment adjustments
- Electrical diagnostics, repairs and maintenance
- Minimise downtime and respond quickly to production breakdowns




- Identify recurring faults and opportunities to improve equipment reliability
- Work closely with production teams to maximise plant performance
- Maintain strong safety and maintenance standards across the site

ABOUT YOU

Dual trade qualifications are essential for this position. You must have:

- Certificate III in Engineering - Mechanical Trade or equivalent
- Certificate III in Electrotechnology Electrician or equivalent
- Current NSW Electrical Licence
- Proven maintenance experience within an FMCG manufacturing environment
- Strong production and breakdown maintenance experience
- Confident mechanical and electrical fault-finding capability
- Experience working on fast-paced production machinery and equipment
- Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work effectively and independently on a dedicated night shift
- Full Australian work rights
- Ability to provide contactable references from previous employers
