About the role

Advent Facilities Management Pty Ltd is seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Cleaner to join our team in Dubbo, NSW. Full time and casual positions available. As a Cleaner, you will be responsible for ensuring that all areas meet our high standards of cleanliness and presentation, contributing directly to the comfort and safety of building occupants and visitors.

What you'll be doing

- Performing routine cleaning tasks including sweeping, mopping, vacuuming and dusting of floors, walls, furniture and fixtures

- Cleaning and sanitising bathrooms, food court and other shared facilities to maintain hygiene standards

- Emptying bins and disposing of waste in accordance with environmental and safety regulations

- Cleaning windows, mirrors and glass surfaces to achieve a streak-free finish

- Restocking supplies such as toilet paper, soap dispensers and paper towels

- Operating and maintaining cleaning equipment and machinery safely and effectively

- Following health and safety protocols and using cleaning chemicals and products appropriately

- Reporting maintenance issues or damage to management promptly

- Working efficiently to complete assigned tasks within scheduled timeframes

- Maintaining a professional appearance and representing Advent Facilities Management positively

What we're looking for

- Proven experience working as a Cleaner

- Strong attention to detail with the ability to maintain consistently high standards of cleanliness

- Physical fitness and ability to perform manual tasks, including lifting, bending and standing for extended periods

- Reliability and punctuality, with a strong work ethic and commitment to completing tasks thoroughly

- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively to meet cleaning schedules

- Good communication skills and a professional, courteous manner when interacting with staff and visitors

- Knowledge of health and safety practices and cleaning product handling





- A valid working rights for Australia

- Willingness to follow instructions and adapt to different cleaning environments

- Preferred: Certificate IV in Cleaning Management or equivalent training
