We’re currently recruiting for three Senior Property Manager positions across Sydney’s Eastern Suburbs, all offering strong support structures, quality portfolios and experienced leadership.

The aim is simple: give experienced Property Managers the support and resources they need to do their job properly, while still having a life outside of work.

The Portfolio & Role

Each opportunity is slightly different, allowing us to match you with the business, portfolio and team that best suits what you’re looking for.
Depending on the role, you’ll have:
• A manageable residential portfolio
• Dedicated leasing and administrative support
• Well-maintained properties and established clients
• Established systems and processes
• Experienced leadership available when you need it
Your focus will include:
• Managing landlord and tenant relationships
• Repairs and maintenance
• Rent reviews and lease renewals
• Arrears management
• Routine inspections
• Ingoing and outgoing condition reports
• Tribunal preparation and attendance where required
• Managing your portfolio from tenancy commencement through to vacate

About You

You don’t need to be actively looking for a new role.
We’re interested in speaking with experienced Property Managers who are good at what they do but would consider moving for the right salary,



portfolio, support and working environment.

Previous real estate Property Management experience is essential.

Ideally, you’ll also have:

• Good knowledge of NSW residential tenancy legislation
• Strong landlord and tenant communication skills
• Excellent organisation and time management
• NSW Certificate of Registration or Class 2 Licence
• A professional and service-focused approach
