Choose the arrangement that suits you
? Permanent Employee

$45–$55 per hour + bonuses

Depending on experience and qualifications.

On top of your base wage, our electricians have access to:

- Fortnightly performance bonuses

- Six-monthly bonuses

- Annual bonuses

- Annual leave and personal leave

- Superannuation

- Long-term employment security

- $2,000 sign-on bonus for eligible applicants

With our bonus structure, the total earning opportunity can be significantly higher than the base hourly rate alone suggests.

? Electrical Contractor

$80–$90 per hour

Already contracting and don't want to go back onto wages?

That's fine with us.

We're also looking for experienced solar electricians operating as genuine independent contractors.

We can offer:

- $80–$90 per hour, depending on experience, qualifications and arrangement

- Full working days – typically 7 to 8 hours

- Consistent pipeline of work

- Local Coffs Coast installations

- No travelling away

- Well-planned and pre-surveyed jobs

- Properly resourced installation crews

- Dedicated solar roof installers

- Technical support when required

For the right contractor, we're interested in building an ongoing working relationship rather than simply offering the occasional day when we're busy.

Ideally, you'll have:

- Current NSW electrical licence

- Solar installation experience

- SAA grid-connected solar accreditation

- SAA battery accreditation

- Full driver's licence

- Strong safety focus

- High standard of workmanship

- Professional and team-oriented attitude
