About the Role

Rogue Royalty and RogueRaw are looking for a highly organised, tech-savvy and personable E-Commerce & Customer Experience Coordinator to join our team.

This is a front line, hands-on role for someone who enjoys working with customers, technology, content and solving problems. You'll work across Shopify, customer communication, updating products, warehouse inventory, checking apps and upsells, assisting with UGC and following up customer opportunities.

You are curious, capable and resourceful, you ask questions, want to learn works things out, you follow things through and notice opportunities to make things better. What You'll Be Doing

Customer Experience

- Respond to customer enquiries via email, phone and online messaging

- Manage orders, changes, exchanges and customer follow-ups

- Identify engaged customers for reviews, testimonials and UGC

E-Commerce & Website Support

- Update products, images and content in Shopify

- Check apps, bundles, promotions and upsells are working correctly

- Troubleshoot basic e-commerce issues and liaise with app support teams

- Test and follow technical issues through to resolution

Operations, Inventory & Reporting

- Maintain accurate inventory and product information

- Assist with stock control and adjustments

- Prepare basic Excel and Shopify reports

- Identify discrepancies and follow up outstanding tasks

Content & Brand Support

- Take quality product/lifestyle photos and short-form video

- Perform basic editing and create simple Canva content

- Identify and coordinate UGC, customers, models and content opportunities

- Assist with photoshoots and content organisation

- Spot opportunities to improve content, customer engagement and the brand

- Recognise customer trends,

About You

You're someone who is organised, switched on and likes getting things done. If something isn't working, you're willing to investigate and try to understand why rather than immediately passing the problem to someone else. You communicate well, enjoy helping customers and are comfortable following something from idea through to completion.

You also have an eye for opportunities whether that's recognising a great customer story, taking a good photo, noticing something on the website that could be improved or finding a better way of doing something.

Most importantly, you're reliable, accountable and willing to learn.

What You'll Need

- Strong computer and general technology skills

- Excellent written and verbal communication

- Strong organisation and attention to detail

- Confidence using Microsoft Excel, Word and Outlook

- Experience with Shopify, e-commerce or similar online systems

- The ability to investigate problems and work things out

- A genuine customer-focused attitude

- The ability to work independently and follow tasks through

Highly Regarded

Experience or ability in any of the following would be an advantage:

- Shopify and Shopify POS or any ecomm experience

- Product or lifestyle photography, short-form video, social content or image editing.

- UGC or customer content coordination

- Reporting and inventory management

- Gorgias or similar customer-service platforms

You don't need to be a pro photographer, graphic designer or developer,



however someone with good basic skills, a willingness to learn would exceed in this role.

An Interest in Dogs Is a Big Plus

Previous pet-industry experience is not required.

However, the truth is we are specialist canine brands, so a genuine interest in dogs, canine nutrition, raw feeding, training, behaviour or canine equipment would be a significant advantage.

We can teach you our products and approach. What we're looking for is someone who is genuinely interested in learning and engaging with our customers.
