About the role

We are seeking a warm, organised and professional Front of House – Spa Coordinator to be the welcoming face of our spa and an integral part of the guest experience. This role is ideal for someone who genuinely enjoys working with people, has a passion for skin and wellness, and takes pride in creating a calm, polished and personalised experience from the moment a guest arrives. As Spa Coordinator, you will oversee the front-of-house experience, manage appointments and enquiries, support the spa team and ensure the day-to-day operation runs smoothly and efficiently.

Key responsibilities

- Welcome guests with warmth, professionalism and genuine care.

- Manage spa bookings, appointments, cancellations and changes.

- Respond to phone, email and online enquiries promptly and professionally.

- Coordinate therapist schedules and daily treatment flow.

- Maintain accurate guest records and booking information.

- Process payments, gift cards and retail transactions.

- Provide information about treatments, products, packages and spa facilities.

- Support retail sales and confidently recommend products where appropriate.

- Prepare the reception and guest areas to ensure they are clean, organised and presented to a high standard.





- Coordinate guest arrivals, departures and treatment transitions.

About you

- Previous experience in spa, beauty, wellness, hotel or premium customer service environments.

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

- Sound knowledge of social media.

- Strong organisational and time-management abilities.

- Confidence managing multiple bookings and priorities in a busy environment.

- A professional, warm and approachable manner.

- Strong attention to detail and a high level of personal presentation.

- Confidence using booking systems, POS systems and general computer applications.

- The ability to work independently while being a supportive team member.

- A genuine interest in wellness, beauty and guest experience.
