About the chance

This is an exciting opportunity for a Dispensary Assistant to join our fast-paced, growing business. With part-time, full-time and casual working hours available across our store network, the right opportunity is closer than you think!

In this fast paced, multifaceted role, you are required to perform tasks under Pharmacist supervision to the standards set by The Pharmacy Board of Australia, The Pharmacy Guild and QCPP.

A typical day might look like:

Assist customers with their prescription and general enquiries

Assist Pharmacists in dispensing medications

Counselling customers about medications





Dispensary stock management and replenishment

Updating customer files and other administrative tasks

About you

Dedicated work ethic and a strong team player

Excellent verbal & written communication skills

Exceptional customer service skills

Experience working in the dispensary

Strong eye for detail and accuracy

Strong interpersonal, organisational and problem-solving skills

Our team members work in our pharmacies throughout their shift, often standing for long periods. Stock replenishment can involve repeated movements and lifting heavier items, so please keep this in mind when applying.
