Job Description

Porters

Key Responsibilities

Welcome guests and assist with luggage, valet parking and hotel entry.

Provide friendly, efficient service and assist with guest requests, bookings and messages.

Promote hotel facilities, activities and special offers.

Maintain clean front-of-house areas and support daily hotel operations.

Communicate effectively with the team to ensure a smooth guest experience.

What We're Looking For

Friendly, professional and guest-focused attitude.

Strong communication and teamwork skills.

Reliable, flexible and able to work weekends and public holidays.

Physically fit and comfortable handling guest luggage.

Previous hospitality/customer service experience is an advantage - full training provided.

Full NZ driver's licence required for valet parking; licence checks apply.

Room Attendants

Key Responsibilities

Clean guest rooms and public areas to a high standard.

Replenish guest supplies and maintain room presentation.

Follow lost property, key security and guest room procedures.

Complete allocated cleaning and laundry duties.

Safely use and maintain cleaning equipment and chemicals.

Follow all hotel health, safety and cleanliness standards.

What We're Looking For

Previous housekeeping or cleaning experience will be advantageous.





Strong attention to detail and pride in your work.

Physically fit and comfortable with manual cleaning tasks.

Reliable, organised and well-presented.

Flexible to work weekends and public holidays.

Food & Beverage Attendant

Key Responsibilities

Deliver friendly, professional service in a busy hotel environment.

Create positive guest experiences and Heartist Moments.

Work efficiently under pressure and as part of a team.

Maintain high standards of service, presentation and reliability.

Support daily Food & Beverage operations.

What We're Looking For

Friendly, professional and guest-focused attitude.

Excellent communication and time management skills.

Previous Food & Beverage experience is an advantage.

Reliable, positive and willing to learn.

Flexible to work various shifts, including weekends and public holidays.
