Role

We are seeking an experienced SAP Solutions Architect to provide end-to-end architectural leadership across a complex enterprise SAP environment. This role will be responsible for architecture governance, technical assurance, solution design and integration across SAP SuccessFactors, Employee Central Payroll (ECP), SAP ERP and SAP Business Technology Platform (BTP). You will work closely with implementation partners and stakeholders to ensure solutions are secure, scalable, aligned with enterprise architecture standards and support long-term business objectives.

Key Responsibilities

- Lead end-to-end SAP architecture, technical governance and solution assurance across the program.
- Review and validate solution designs for SAP SuccessFactors, Employee Central, Recruitment, Onboarding, Time Management and Employee Central Payroll.
- Oversee SAP Business Technology Platform (BTP) architecture, ensuring alignment with SAP best practices.
- Design and govern integrations across SAP applications, Azure services, enterprise data platforms, legacy systems and third-party applications.
- Conduct architectural assessments, gap analysis and recommend fit-for-purpose technical solutions.




- Review and endorse configuration workbooks, functional specifications, integration designs, security models and technical documentation.
- Provide technical leadership across interface development, data migration and legacy system transition activities.
- Identify, assess and mitigate technical and architectural risks throughout the project lifecycle.
- Collaborate with business stakeholders, implementation partners and technical teams to deliver high-quality outcomes.
- Support system integration testing, user acceptance testing, cutover planning and production readiness.
- Develop and maintain architecture standards, governance artefacts and technical documentation.
- Provide ongoing architectural ownership of the SAP platform, including upgrades, optimisation and future enhancements.

Required Skills & Experience

- Extensive experience delivering SAP architecture within large, complex enterprise environments.
- Strong expertise across SAP SuccessFactors, Employee Central Payroll (ECP), SAP ERP and SAP Business Technology Platform (BTP).
- Deep understanding of SAP integration technologies, including SAP Integration Suite, OData APIs, SAP BTP and enterprise integration patterns.
- Experience designing secure, scalable and maintainable enterprise SAP solutions.




- Robust stakeholder engagement and vendor management skills with the ability to influence senior executives and technical teams.
- Proven ability to balance strategic architecture with successful delivery outcomes.
- Experience providing architectural governance, technical assurance and solution quality reviews throughout project delivery.
- Strong understanding of enterprise architecture frameworks and best practices.

Qualifications & Clearance
- Relevant tertiary qualification in Information Technology, Computer Science or a related discipline (or equivalent industry experience).
- SAP certifications across relevant technologies will be highly regarded.
