German Auto are looking for an experienced automotive technician who is ready to start making the transition from Technician to Service Advisor. This position requires good technical knowledge and communication skills about German automobiles.

It is also important that you enjoy talking with people and solving problems for others. Our company goal is to provide excellent customer service by maintaining high standards of quality workmanship at affordable prices.

German Auto has been established for over 60 years as an independent automotive service provider for late model Audi, Mercedes, Skoda and Volkswagen owners. We are currently looking for a qualified technician who is willing to learn new techniques to become both quality and time focused to join our team of service advisors.

Starting as an assistant service advisor, your job will be to work within our qualified team, to help be a problem solver for our clients and their cars, for the benefit of everyone.

After an initial qualifying period,



the successful applicant will be given both external and inhouse service advisor training for customer communication techniques to maintain efficiencies as well as ensuring customer satisfaction and employee morale.

We would also welcome applications from junior Service Advisors who possess proven ability in a similar role and are looking to escape from the typical Dealership environment.

To Transition from Technician to Assistant Service Advisor you will need the following personal attributes,

Confident, Friendly, well-presented, and groomed.
Good attention to detail and willingness to follow established work processes.
Good Computer competencies to accurately maintain & update clients' records
Familiarity with Spare parts operating systems.
Be able to work within a team as well as being self-motivated to work Autonomously.
Good time management skills to ensure timely delivery of assistance to both our team & clients.
