HDR has a long-established presence in Brisbane, with our transportation team delivering major infrastructure projects across South East Queensland and beyond.

Now, we're expanding our Architecture practice in Brisbane to complement our highly successful and established Architecture studios in Sydney and Melbourne.

You'll be joining at an exciting stage of growth, helping shape a recent studio while benefiting from the support, expertise and project opportunities of a well-established national and global architecture practice, alongside HDR's extensive engineering and infrastructure capability.

The Opportunity

We're currently seeking professionals for opportunities including:

- Architects / Architectural Project Coordinators
- Senior Architects / Package Leads
- BIM / Model Managers
- Associate-level Architect

Depending on your experience, you'll have opportunities to:

- Contribute to the design and delivery of complex projects
- Develop documentation and technical solutions
- Coordinate multidisciplinary teams and stakeholders
- Lead project packages and workstreams

What We're Looking For

We're looking for those who are excited by the opportunity to join our Brisbane Architecture Studio at a formative stage of growth. Alongside technical capability, we're seeking individuals with an entrepreneurial mindset who are motivated by the opportunity to help build, shape and influence a growing practice.

We're interested in individuals who bring:

- A passion for architecture and design excellence
- Experience delivering complex architectural or infrastructure projects through multiple project stages
- Strong technical design, documentation and coordination capability
- Experience working within multidisciplinary project teams,



collaborating closely with engineering and specialist consultants
- A proactive mindset, accountability and a commitment to project outcomes
- The ability to work effectively in fast-paced, deadline-driven environments
- A collaborative approach and commitment to technical excellence

Experience in health, data centres, education, science, transport, aviation, defence, civic or complex infrastructure projects will be highly regarded.
