The Role

Ready to kickstart your career in the FMCG world?

If you’re energetic, love being out and about, and want a role where you’re not stuck behind a desk, this could be the perfect fit.

We're on the lookout for a motivated Merchandiser to join us on a 12-month contract, helping bring our products to life in-store. You'll be setting up displays, keeping shelves looking sharp, chatting with store teams, and supporting promotions. It's hands-on, fast-paced, and ideal for someone early in their career who wants to learn on the job.

What You'll Do:

- Create eye-catching displays that make our products stand out

- Build friendly relationships with store staff

- Support promotions, product launches and marketing campaigns

- Keep products stocked, rotated and looking their best

- Share simple insights about stock or competitor activity with the team

- Step in with basic sales support when needed

What We're Looking For:

You’ll thrive in this role if you are:

- Energetic, proactive and eager to learn

- A confident communicator who enjoys meeting recent people

- Comfortable with basic tech (email, Teams, Microsoft Office)

- Great at managing your time and keeping organised

- Physically capable of lifting and stacking products (up to 10kg)

- Someone with retail, merchandising or customer service experience — awesome, but not essential!

The Essentials - You'll need:

- A valid driver’s licence

- A reliable car (fuel allowance provided)

Note: Due to the physical nature of the job, a short medical assessment is required — and don’t worry, we pay for it.
