An opportunity exists for an Electronics Technician to assist with the manufacture, service and repair of a range of geophysical instrumentation. The role will involve assembly of equipment and cables, testing, fault-finding and repairs of electronic equipment and maintenance of equipment servicing databases.

About you
- Experience in the assembly, repair and servicing of equipment
- Experience in the manufacture of high-quality cable assemblies
- Keen and hard-working, well-organised with the ability to work in a small team setting
- Proficient with Microsoft Office
- Fine pitch SMT rework experience
- Read and interpret manufacturing drawings and assembly instructions, including schematics
- Diagnose faults to a component level
- Experience in procurement of electronic components
- Familiarity with basic test equipment and the ability to conduct equipment testing in accordance with test procedures
