Key Responsibilities:

- Exercise full day-to-day site supervision across live aged care refurbishment works.
- Coordinate specialized trades, subcontractors, and site deliveries to maintain program timelines.
- Enforce rigorous health, safety, and infection control standards tailored to live care facilities.
- Oversee quality assurance, ITP sign-offs, and detail-driven finishes through to handover.
- Partner with Project Managers to maintain site schedules, resolve RFIs, and manage daily diaries.

What You'll Bring:

- Proven track record as a Site Supervisor on commercial refurbishments (aged care or health preferred).
- Strong capability managing live setting construction with minimal disruption to residents.
- In-depth knowledge of WA building codes, site safety regulations,



and quality standards.
- Excellent communication and trade management skills to lead site crews effectively.
- Trade qualification (carpentry or building) with valid White Card and WA driver's licence.
