Strata Community Insurance (SCI) is seeking a Technical Business Analyst on a 12‑month contract to bridge business stakeholders and data engineers. You will run requirements workshops, then verify deliverability by querying data in SQL across SQL Server and Databricks.

You will lead requirements discovery, produce mappings, profile data, test feasibility, and assess recent data sources for SCI's ML model. Collaboration with agile teams and governance documentation is essential.
