UnitingCare Queensland is seeking a Supported Living Facilitator for the Disability Services, NDIS sector in Fitzgibbon. This casual role offers direct support to clients in daily living, with a focus on choice and quality of life.

You will work with families and support networks to help people achieve their life goals, while ensuring dignity, privacy and safety in all interactions. A current CPR/First Aid and driver license are required before starting.
