Lycopodium is currently recruiting for an Earthworks Supervisor on a 2:1 roster to join our current project in Western Australia. Reporting to the Construction Manager, you will lead the Earthworks and Civils teams to deliver high-quality outputs on time and to client and regulatory standards.
We are seeking someone with at least 5 years in a supervisory civil role in mineral processing or related industries, with strong HSE knowledge and excellent organisational and stakeholder-management skills.
