Beyond Bank Australia in Adelaide is hiring a Member Service Consultant for our call centre. You’ll be the first point of contact for members, handling inbound calls and guiding them through banking options with explicit, friendly support.

The role is fast-paced and service-driven, with six weeks of full-time training and a rotating roster Monday to Friday plus Saturday shifts. You don’t need banking experience—just a customer‑facing mindset and a willingness to learn.
