This is an exciting opportunity to take charge of our bakery's day-to-day operations, lead a dedicated team, and play a key role in delivering fresh, high-quality bread and an exceptional customer experience to the Wanneroo community.

We are looking for an experienced and dedicated Retail Manager to oversee all store operations. You must be committed to driving sales, leading a professional team, and delivering an exceptional customer experience. The successful candidate will be responsible for the following duties: Key Responsibilities Oversee all day-to-day retail operations, staff, and financial performance.

Lead, train, and motivate the store team to achieve sales targets and service excellence. Manage inventory, stock control, and ordering to minimise waste and ensure product availability.



Implement marketing initiatives and local promotions to increase foot traffic and sales.

Ensure compliance with all health, safety, and food safety regulations. Prepare reports on sales, performance, and operational matters. Manage budgets, control costs, and meet financial business targets.

The Successful Candidate Will Have A minimum of 1 years of experience (2 years preferred) in food service or fast-paced retail.

Strong leadership skills and the ability to manage and develop a team. Excellent organisational, communication, and problem-solving skills. A strong focus on sales, customer service, and business growth.
