As our family business enters an exciting phase of growth, we're seeking an experienced and energetic Operations Manager to lead the day-to-day operations of our estate and help deliver exceptional experiences for our customers, guests and partners.

About the Role

As Operations Manager, you will oversee the smooth and efficient running of the estate, ensuring high standards across all areas of the business.

Your responsibilities will include:

- Leading daily estate operations

- Managing cellar door, events and visitor experiences

- Coordinating staff, rostering, recruitment and performance

- Implementing operational systems and processes

- Managing suppliers, contractors and service providers

- Monitoring budgets, costs and profitability

- Driving exceptional customer service and guest experiences

- Supporting marketing initiatives and events execution

- Ensuring compliance, workplace safety and quality standards





- Working closely with the family owners on strategic projects and future developments

About You

You are a highly organised and commercially minded leader who thrives in a rapid-paced environment.

Ideally, you'll bring:

- Previous experience in operations management, hospitality, tourism, events or winery operations

- Strong people leadership and team development skills

- Excellent organisational and project management capability

- Commercial acumen with experience managing budgets and KPIs

- A hands-on approach with a willingness to lead from the front

- Exceptional communication and relationship-building skills

- A passion for delivering memorable customer experiences

- Experience within wine, tourism, hospitality or luxury guest services will be highly regarded
